Our team will be truthful with you about the condition of your roof. We won’t tell you there’s a need for repairs, or an Insurance claim, unless we have evidence to show you, to back it up. We don’t pressure our customers, that’s not our style. We won’t try to talk you into unnecessary work or mislead you about costs. Our goal is to build a long term relationship of trust and confidence with our customers, one that keeps them coming back to us for their roofing needs for years to come!
Diligent
Our team pays close attention to every detail. From the moment we enter onto your property, we treat your home with respect. We realize your home is a treasure to you, and a valuable asset, and our team is united in the commitment to treat it that way, from start to finish. After we check your roof we will go over the condition of your roof with you. We like to do this without rush, to take time to answer any questions you may have, and to be thorough in our explanation of what we’ve found. After this, we will discuss the best course of action moving forward. Our goal is to give you all the information you need to help you make a well thought out, and educated decision. If the final agreed consensus is that a claim would be prudent, we commit to take our time and special attention to meet with your adjuster to go over our findings (as long as your adjuster is willing to do so). Once the adjuster approves the work to be done, we also take time with you to go over some of the different material choices you have, and what the various pros and cons may be for those choices. We will work out a day and time in the schedule that hopefully will work well for both of us to deliver the materials, and an agreeable day to begin the work.
Conscientious
Before we show up at your home, we take great efforts to inform you of what to do to prepare your home for the material arrival, as well as what to do beforehand, and what to expect on roofing day. We believe strongly that communication is key, and we make it a priority. Our experienced team works diligently to get the work done in a timely manner, and we take pride in leaving your home neat and tidy. After the work is complete, our foreman will do a walk around inspection & clean up of the exterior of your home to be sure that the overage and waist from the job is picked up and disposed of. We want to leave your home as tidy as possible, and make sure the exterior of your property is being left in the same condition we initially found it.

Insurance Claim
If a claim is needed, we will be happy to meet with your adjuster to go over our findings, and work with your insurance company, as needed, in an effort to obtain their maximum help to preserve the integrity, value and aesthetic of your home.

Prep, Install & Cleanup
We communicate in advance to go over all of the job details. Our experienced team works diligently to get your roofing job done with quality and professionalism. They take pride in cleaning up afterward, leaving your home neat & tidy.

2. Estimation Appointment: Our experienced estimators will inspect your roof at your convenience.
3. Proposal Development: Following the inspection, our estimator will craft a comprehensive proposal outlining the recommended work and associated costs.
4. Contract Signing and Paperwork Submission: Upon agreement on the proposal, you'll sign the contract, and our office will handle the necessary paperwork. Please remember to include Insurance and Mortgage paperwork with your signed contract so we can help you navigate through the insurance process.
5. Scheduling and Material Procurement: With the signed contract and paperwork in hand, we will coordinate scheduling and secure the materials needed for the project.
6. Labor Scheduling: Our team will schedule skilled laborers to execute the roofing job at your property.
7. Project Details Discussion: Prior to commencing work, we'll communicate with you to provide an overview of the project timeline and what to expect during the process.
8. Material Delivery: Materials will be delivered to your location in preparation for the roofing work.
9. Commencement of Work: Our team will begin the installation or repair work on your roof as per the agreed-upon schedule.
10. Final Inspection: Following the completion of the project, we'll conduct a final inspection to ensure that the work meets our quality standards.
11. Invoicing: You'll receive the final bill for the completed work.
12. Warranty Registration: Upon payment and completion of the project, we'll guide you through the process of registering for your roofing warranty to provide peace of mind for years to come.
